dex: reduces melee dmg taken

con: reduces melee AND magical dmg taken

str: increases melee dmg

qui: increases swing speed, slightly decreases dmg per hit but overall increases dps

af: as for players

int: no effect

what's missing:

dex should increase casting speed, which doesn't work right now
